Monthly Dinner Meetings
Every month, between September and May, members of the local section host a dinner meeting to get together and share their experiences and expertise in applying project controls in diverse industries domestically and internationally.
A new speaker each month makes a presentation on a topic of interest to the membership, covering everything from AACE-International's recommended practices for project controls to in-depth, hands-on discussions of local projects.
Everyone is welcome to attend; to share and learn from each other, and to just have a good time relaxing with colleagues.

MEETING LOCATION
The meeting location for the 2010-2011 program year will be held at various business locations in Greenville, South Carolina on the second Tuesday of each month beginning September thru May. In the past our meetings were held monthly at Day & Zimmermann until we decided to branch out to other companies throughout the area. See below for upcoming meeting locations and directions.
Join us and enjoy informative lectures and presentations from guest speakers on a variety of topics regarding earned value, risk management, estimating and cost and scheduling. You do not have to be a memeber to attend!!
Please RSVP to: Becky Spencer via email at beckyrspencer@aol.com. Reservations are not mandatory but are strongly requested to assist in making proper arrangements for space and service. If you are currently unemployed the $20 fee is waived. It's a great place to network and meet other professionals in the Spartanburg/Greenville/Clemson area.
Directions to the Day & Zimmermann location: traveling from Spartanburg: Head South on I-85 toward GSP International Airport. Take the Pelham Road exit, (Exit 54) keep right at the fork onto Pelham Road. Turn right onto the Parkway, and Day & Zimmermann will be on your left about .2 mile from the exit ramp. It is conveniently located right off of I-85.
Directions to the Jacob's Engineering location: Take 385 south and exit off on exit 34 and go left on Butler Rd. Then take the 2nd left into the Jacobs office parking lot. Enter the main lobby and proceed to your right to the Palmetto Conference Room.
