Job Posting - Senior Commissioning Scheduler
Deep Conversion Project – Port Arthur, TX
Reporting To: Lead Scheduler
Summary: Responsible for developing / maintaining schedules and reporting
systems which incorporate all scope commissioning activities and effectively
interface with construction and start-up schedules.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Generate procedures and plans for the development of the Commissioning Schedule
and Reporting Systems; obtain management approval
- Develop schedules in Primavera P6 based on the above procedures
- Ensure that commissioning schedules interface effectively with construction
contractor handover schedules / database systems and Refinery Operations
Start-Up Schedules
- Establish progress and reporting systems which demonstrates current status and
identifies problem areas
- Ensure that schedules incorporate critical and interface milestone dates
- Provide input to schedule risk analysis exercises
Special Requirements:
- Fully conversant with Primavera P6 and MS Office software
- Previously undertaken a similar assignment within a client team on a $1B +
refinery construction project; turnaround / shutdown commissioning experience
only is not desirable
- Knowledge of construction system turnover / punch-out procedures an advantage

- Based in Port Arthur, TX
- Immediate start through end 2010
