MRI Proposal Manager
I am a technical recruiter specializing in the power industry. A client of mine,
located in the southeast, has an immediate need for a Proposal Manager. This individual
must have a minimum of 8 years working experience and needs to come from a coal-fired background.
He/she must be able to develop construction estimates and proposals for open shop, direct hire projects.
This individual's main responsibility is the compilation and development of estimates and proposals from
personal inspection, specifications, drawings, and review of the terms and conditions provided by the client.
Bulk of the work includes but not limited to: cost estimates, subcontracting, negotiations, risk analysis,
proposal development, some minor scheduling and project controls. My client is willing to pay for a full relocation
package which includes closing costs, realtor fees, and 60 days of living expenses.
