Client, headquartered in Richland, WA seeks manager to coordinate and plan strategies to win new business in the nuclear, energy, environmental, commercial and defense industries.
Company is a full-service engineering, manufacturing, testing and technical staffing firm.
Minimum requirement is 10 years proposal development experience in DOE/DOD. Time is now. Money negotiable. Relocation to Richland required.
